Install
Each account has one BoText assistant — the widget on your website. Messenger bots are extra connections to that same assistant. You can connect Telegram now. They share knowledge, skills, CRM, and credits.
How many messenger bots you can connect
- Free trial and Business — 1 live messenger bot
- Scale — 2 live messenger bots
- Enterprise — 5 live messenger bots
- Basic — none
If you downgrade, extra messenger bots are not deleted. They are turned off so they no longer answer. Turn one back on after you turn another off, or after you upgrade.
How to add or pause one
- Open Channels in the dashboard.
- Paste a BotFather token and connect. Repeat only while the plan still has a free slot.
- If the slot is full, the connect form is hidden. Use Turn off / Turn on, or open Plans.
Two Telegram usernames are two messenger bots, not two BoText assistants. Regular bots answer from the website. Custom setup lets you add named columns (for example general vs electronics) and attach what each one should answer. They still share the same knowledge under one BoText project.
