BoText is an AI chatbot you add to your website. It answers questions, talks to visitors around the clock, collects leads, and can store structured data in a built-in CRM.
You train it on your own business information — website pages, PDFs, and written notes — then customize how it looks and sounds. One embed script is enough to put it live.
What the assistant can do
- Answer from your content. Replies come from the knowledge you add: your site, documents, and text. That keeps answers specific to your offer instead of generic internet text.
- Follow your rules. Config holds temperature, additional instructions, and contact details so the bot stays on-script and can share how to reach you.
- Engage visitors 24/7. The widget sits on the page and starts a conversation when someone needs help.
- Collect leads in chat. Contacts are saved as people visit. Custom CRM tables let the bot gather bookings, requests, or any fields you define — without a long form on the page.
- Use three skills per table. For every custom table with bot access, BoText creates Get, Create, and Update actions so the assistant can find and write those records during a conversation.
- Match your brand. Assistant name, icon, theme, colors, font, first message, and corner radius are all editable in Config, with a live preview.
- Work in more than one language. You can translate widget copy and optionally pin a language in the embed code with
data-language. - Give the team a dashboard. Invite members, review conversations, track credit usage, and control who can change config, knowledge, CRM, or billing.
How a bot is built
- Configuration. Set the name, look, first message, tone, extra instructions, and contact details so the widget feels like part of your site.
- Training. Add web pages, documents, and text your customers already ask about.
- Integration. Copy the embed snippet from Deploy. If you use custom tables, review the generated skills under Integration.
- Conversations. Read real chats, see what people want, and improve both the bot and the offer.
