Update: partner program workspace

The affiliate / implementation workspace is the Partner program. In the product we no longer use the freelancer label in the dashboard, URLs, or database names for this area.

What changed for you

• Public page: /partners
• Workspace: /partner/ (old /freelance URLs redirect here)
• Account type, profile, invites, client bots, deploy access, and earnings all use partner wording
