Update: messenger bot slots on each plan

Each BoText account still has one website assistant. What the plan now limits is how many Telegram bots you can attach to it.

How many you get

• Free trial and Business — 1 live messenger bot
• Scale — 2 live messenger bots
• Enterprise — 5 live messenger bots
• Basic — messenger bots are not included

If you later downgrade, extra Telegram bots stay in Channels but are turned off so they do not answer until you upgrade or turn another one off.

Where to manage them

1. Open Channels.
2. Connect a BotFather token while a slot is free.
3. Use Turn off to pause extras without deleting the token.
